After a successful career in the corporate world, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in 2018 by opening my first franchised store, The Cheesecake Shop.
Within 18 months, I expanded to three stores, and in 2020, through a management buyout, I acquired the entire UK operation from a Chinese investment firm. We rebranded it as The Cake Solution and grew to 9 stores across the Midlands, with a central manufacturing unit in Nottingham.
Building on that success, I acquired Microtech, an IT company and Microsoft Partner based in the Midlands. Since taking over, we’ve doubled our revenue and built a talented team that offers solutions like Microsoft licenses, IT support, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and consultancy services.
This unique journey has positioned me as a natural coach, blending real-world experience with a passion for empowering others. I understand the challenges leaders face, and I’m dedicated to guiding individuals on their paths to growth, helping them unlock their potential as both individuals and business leaders.
