After a career in the corporate world, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey in 2018 by opening my first franchised store, The Cheesecake Shop. Within 18 months, I expanded to three stores, and in 2020, through a management buyout, I acquired the entire UK operation from a Chinese investment firm. We grew to 9 stores across the Midlands, supported by a central manufacturing unit in Nottingham.
Building on that experience, I acquired Microtech, an IT company and Microsoft Partner based in the Midlands. Since taking over, we’ve doubled revenue and grown a talented team delivering Microsoft licensing, IT support, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and consultancy services.
These experiences have shown me the real challenges of building a business from the ground up. As a public speaker and coach, I share actionable insights, lessons from the frontline, and practical strategies to help others navigate the day-to-day battles of growthsupporting individuals and leaders to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful progress.

With a passion to explore my spiritual roots, I spent time at a monastery in India, where I gained profound insights that transformed my perspective on life.
